The Municipality of Jounieh, SOLE partner in Lebanon, is organising a workshop on energy efficiency and renewable energy in public buildings which will take place on Apr.27th 2023, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM, at the Conference room of the Municipality. 
The event aims at presenting the pilot project intervetion carried our thanks to SOLE on the Fouad Chehab Stadium, as well as at gathering local policy recommendations for energy renovations of public buildings in the Mediterranean area. 

M. Juan Hobeiche, Municipality of Jounieh's Mayor, will introduce the conference and will be followed by Ms. Aida Darghouth Asli and Mr. Fadi Karam, JTS who will deliver a presentation on ENI CBC MED Strategic Projects and on the Interreg Next MED Programme 2021-2027.

The SOLE Team and MEGreen will then show a video on the pilot intervention.

The discussion will go on with Pierre El Khoury - Lebanese Centre for Energy Conservation (LCEC), Joseph Mchayleh – Vice President and President of Branch 1 in Order of Engineers and Achitects  (OEA), Mr. Charbel Abi Younes – BUTEC who will contribute to a panel on key lessons learnt and policy reccomentadions for energy efficiency and renewable energy in public buildings in Lebanon.
