Leaders International is excited to share news of the upcoming information event for the ReSt@rts project, aiming to bolster support for young entrepreneurs in the Mediterranean region facing funding challenges for their business ideas.

The ReSt@rts project adopts an ethical approach grounded in finance solidarity and public-private collaboration. It seeks to assist generally non-bankable entities, particularly young people and women, by providing them with microfinance tools and diverse training programs. Drawing on the experience gained from previous ENI CBC Med projects like MEDSt@rts and GIMED, which have been instrumental in promoting innovative solutions for aspiring young entrepreneurs in the creation of new green businesses, the ReSt@rts project aims to pave the way for success.

Mark your calendars for August 21st, as the event will take place online, offering a unique opportunity to delve into the project's objectives and its strategic plan to dismantle barriers to finance access for young entrepreneurs in the Mediterranean.

During this highly anticipated information event, attendees will be introduced to the significant achievements of the ReSt@rts project, including the establishment of the ReSt@rts International Committee. Created by project partners, this committee aims to facilitate credit accessibility for young entrepreneurs and extend support through microfinance tools to non-bankable entities. An exciting addition to the project is the newly-launched online MarketPlace Platform (MP), designed to bridge the gap between financial service supply and demand while catering to diverse business needs. The MP empowers entrepreneurs to showcase their projects and attract investors, offering flexible funding options. Furthermore, the platform opens doors to new grants, loans, and equity opportunities, in addition to providing access to peer-to-peer consultancy services that go beyond crowdfunding, fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The event also offers a chance to explore the comprehensive Microfinance Industry Study produced by ReSt@rts, along with the policy knowledge package that will be shared with public authorities at local, regional, and European levels. Public administration officials, identified in the Mediterranean microfinance industry study, will receive special recognition for their pivotal role in supporting the development of business-support-through-access-to-finance innovative programs.

Leaders International is delighted to host this information event, with a vision to disseminate knowledge that supports young entrepreneurs across the Mediterranean region, bringing together key stakeholders for access to finance. This event aims to raise awareness about the project's goals and how it can empower young entrepreneurs to surmount financial barriers and turn their business ideas into reality. Don't miss this transformative event that promises to shape the future of Mediterranean entrepreneurship.
