The Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute (LARI), Partner n. 2 of LIVINGAGRO project, is looking for a company for supporting the general organization of the project Final Conference to be held in Lebanon.

Subject: Organization of the Final Ceremony event of LIVINGAGRO project that will include the final ceremony day (public), the final project steering committee meeting (private) and a field trip.

Services requested:

• Preparation of the event (prior to the final ceremony event)
• Support LARI in planning the final ceremony event
• Identification and reservation of event facilities and staff booking
• Registration, communication, pre event outreach, and publicity for the final ceremony day
• Management of the event (shortly before, during and after the event)
• Follow up after the final ceremony day

Deadline for subission of the offers: 05-07-2023 at 12 p.m. Beirut time

Maximum budget: 19,806 €
