IPMED in Greece offers free consulting on Intellectual Property Rights to MSMEs

The Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), IPMED Greek partner, invites entrepreneurs and executives of Micro and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs), including startups, as well as young people (up to 35 years old) and women entrepreneurs, from the Region of Central Macedonia to participate in a free consulting action on intellectual property rights issues, in the framework of the project "IP Capacities for Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in the Mediterranean Region" -IPMED.

In the framework of IPMED, the TCCI, in collaboration with experienced consultants, has undertaken, among others, the implementation of an action providing personalized consulting services on intellectual property issues (patents, industrial designs, trade secrets, trademarks, etc.) as per the detailed Terms of Reference to entrepreneurs and/or executives of 20 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (as defined by the EU) from the Region of Central Macedonia, including start-ups, as well as young and women entrepreneurs

Interested enterprises must meet the following criteria:

  1. They are located in the Region of Central Macedonia -
  2. They are Micro or Small and Medium Enterprises (according to the relevant definition of the European Union)

The supporting documents that must accompany the application for participating in the consulting program are the following:

  1.  Solemn Declaration of the legal representative of the enterprise according to the attached template.
  2.  Printing of the tab "Registry – Business Data" from the electronic platform of the Independent Authority of Public Revenue (AADE), as they appear in taxis net, which shows the non-suspension of their business activity.
  3. Short CV of the participant(s) in the consulting program. 4. Photocopy of the Identity Card or of the Passport of the participant or participants in the consulting.

Entrepreneurs and business executives interested in benefiting from free Consulting support on IP issues are invited to submit to the TCCI the completed application form, signed by the legal representative of the business, as well as the above participation documents, via email at root@ebeth.gr, until Friday, June 23, 2023.
