On the 23 of November 2022, BERLIN project was presented to academics, lab personnel and postgraduate students in the Interdepartmental Energy Programme of the Engineering School of University of Cyprus (UCY).

The attendees had the chance to be informed on how the UCY Living Lab PV-Battery Nanogrid is developed through the BERLIN project. The UCY nanogrid capacity was provided (40 kWp Photovoltaic power output, and 50 kWh Battery storage) and the current activities related to its installation were indicated along with the upcoming work that is expected, until its full operation which is foreseen in the beginning of 2023. It was also mentioned that in the near future the next step will be to integrate a green hydrogen subsystem to the Photovoltaic-battery nanogrid.
