Planning and Development Agency (PDA) announced the start of registration for a course entitled “Expert in Solar Energy systems”

Within the activities of the strategic GREENLAND project, PDA announces the start of registration for a professional training course entitled “Expert in Solar Energy Systems”.
The course will be held in three phases, at the end of each one the trainees undergo an evaluation exam that determines their possibility of moving to the next phase.

In an exciting effort to support the growth and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the EMPHASIS project in Egypt successfully completed its second phase of innovation support services offered to its four beneficiaries, leaving a trail of remarkable business transformations. Through a series of training seminars focused on innovation management, tailored specifically to the needs of the four Egyptian SMEs, entrepreneurs have acquired a wide range of valuable skills.

In the bustling Chamber of Commerce Maremma and Tirreno in Livorno, Italy, something extraordinary unfolded on May 11 and 12, 2023. The TECHLOG project's "Training of Trainers" event became a pivotal moment, igniting a spark of innovation in the logistics sector. Trainers from Italy, Spain, and Tunisia gathered to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to propel the industry forward.

On the 24th of May 2023, a group of 39 participants, hailing from eight port communities, arrived in Barcelona (Spain) ready to embark on a truly unique journey, the YEP MED Talent. Little did they know that this journey would transcend the boundaries of a typical training programme, ultimately transforming their lives and forging lifelong connections and friendships.

Ibtissem and Latifa, two beneficiaries of the InnovAgroWoMed project in Tunisia, were not at all into the project's entrepreneurial path. Like their fellow beneficiaries in Medenine, they were supposed to join a crab processing factory as employees, after a long training and coaching program.

ActionAid Palestine (AAP), the Palestinian partner of the INTERNISA project, organized a job fair on May, 31^st 2023, in partnership with the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI). This comes as a result from the Memorandum Of Cooperation signed early between AAH and BCCI. More than 24 companies from different sectors participated in the job fair.

The Valenciaport Foundation, one of the Spanish partners of YEP MED, recently started the third edition of its "Administrative and financial management of international trade" occupational training course on 25th May 2023. This comprehensive programme, delivered remotely, spans 100 hours and is designed to equip the 18 participating unemployed students with valuable insights into the port industry, including its port community, essential documents, and operational procedures.

From 12 to 26 March 2023, an international practical training workshop was held in Volonne (France), with the aim of introducing a dozen young people from France, Italy, Tunisia and Lebanon, aged under 30, who are unemployed, untrained or no longer in training, to the art of calade work.
