STAND Up! has open a new position to hire a Programs Manager, a professional that will join Berytech’s team to support in management, coordinate and implement a portfolio of entrepreneurship and innovation activities targeting Lebanon and Mediterranean region. The ideal candidate will assist the Projects Lab Director in the operational management of the Programs, among those STAND Up!.

For this position it’s required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or relevant majors and at least 7 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in the entrepreneurship and innovation fields with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English, being French a plus.

Among the main duties, the recruited candidate will develop program processes and planning including the action plan, budget, timeline, resources, etc. He/she will also oversee and follow up on implementation in coordination with the programs team. In addition, the successful applicant will assist in business and technical support.
