The Financial Agency of Liguria Region "FILSE" the Italian partner of IPMED in cooperation with  the "SMARTcup Liguria Academy; held the 4th awareness session on Friday 23rd July 2021 virtually with a total of  24 attendees representing Liguria start-ups, young and women entrepreneurs to facilitate them access to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and to defend their ideas.

The involved participants along with the stakeholders showed their interest in IPMED program in general and in the awareness session since it was focusing on an interesting issue for developing business idea: “How do I defend my idea?"

The  speakers were Andrea Arecco and Giovanni Bottino from ARBO SRL; a consulting office specialized in the protection of intellectual property for startups.

Eventually, Valeria Rainisio (FILSE), provided the participants with detailed information on IPMED activities and services.
