WEF - CAP: Request for service provider for the WEF-NEXUS Multistakeholder Conference and specific Events in Jordan
The Responsible Project Partner of WEF- CAP Project, is pleased to announce the opening of this Request for service provider for the organisation of the WEF-NEXUS Multistakeholder Conference and specific Events IN AQABA/AMMAN, JORDAN.
These events will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, partners, experts and researchers in the fields of water, energy, and food (WEF) to collaborate, share knowledge, and highlight the outcomes and achievements of the WEF-CAP project.
This conference is a dynamic three-day event designed to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, partners, experts, and researchers in the fields of water, energy, and food (WEF). The conference aims to foster collaboration, promote knowledge sharing, and highlight the outcomes and achievements of the WEF-CAP project, while also addressing the challenges faced throughout its implementation.
The conference will feature “specific events” alongside its technical and side sessions which are Networking café, Clustering TEDx, commercialization cafés, and capitalization nights events (see below description of these specific events). Optionally capitalization nights specific event can be organized as a guided tour for interested participants to a facility related to WEF serving as good practice in the region. The culmination of this conference will result in a comprehensive set of policy recommendations, collaboratively developed by participants from diverse communities. These recommendations will draw upon the insights and expertise of the multidisciplinary team assembled throughout the various project phases, incorporating the contributions of technical experts, researchers, public consultation, and policymakers.
The conference is tentatively scheduled to take place between 24th-26th of September, 2023, fostering an environment of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among all attendees.
The selected service provider will be responsible for the overall organisation of the events, including pre-event planning, coordinating logistics, preparing testimony, documentary video and press release, and post-conference follow-up. All interested parties are invited to review the attached documents and submit their proposals including financial and technical offers in accordance with the requirements outlined.
The DEADLINE for submission of proposals is the 21st of September, 2023 at 16:00 CET.
