The main objective of the SOLE project is to develop joint strategies supporting cost-effective and innovative energy retrofits of public buildings in seven Mediterranean countries. In addition, the project will develop local and joint policy recommendations for energy requalification of public buildings, which can be replicated in other Mediterranean regions, and carry out several pilot energy requalification interventions. 

In this context, the Municipality of Mnhila, one of the two Tunisian partners of SOLE project, is launching 6 calls for tenders for the energy requalification works of the municipal building. The works includes the:

1. replacement of the existing light bodies with LED lighting (deadline for submittion of bids: May 24th 2023 at 09:00 AM local time)
2. installation of an efficient conditioning system for the meeting room (deadline for submittion of bids: May 24th 2023 at 09:30 AM local time);
3. replacement of old doors (deadline for submittion of bids: May 24th 2023 at 10:00 AM local time);
4. installation of an automatic watering system (deadline for submittion of bids: May 24th 2023 at 10:30 AM local time);
5. installation of two photovoltaic power plants (deadline for submittion of bids: June 6th 2023 at 09:00 AM local time);
6. supply and installation of anti-heat films on glass surfaces (deadline for submittion of bids: May 29th 2023 at 09:00 a.m local time);.

The contractors are invited to submit bids only through the online public procurement system "TUNEPS" (on the website www.tuneps.tn).
