The main goal of the SOLE project, cofinanced by Programme ENI CBC MED, is to develop joint strategies supporting cost-effective and innovative energy retrofits of public buildings in seven Mediterranean countries.

In this context, the Municipality of Mnhila, one of the Tunisian partners of SOLE project, launched two calls for tenders to supply and install anti-heat film on the glass surfaces and to improve the waterproofing of the terrace of SOLE's pilot building.

The deadline to submit offers, for both calls, is Sept.15th 2023. Contractors are invited to submit bids only through the online public procurement system "TUNEPS" (on the website www.tuneps.tn).
