Formacio i Treball Empresa d'Insercio, SIRCLES partner in Catalonia, Spain is looking for a worker for the pilot plant in Vila-Seca. 

The worker's tasks will be:

- Pick up organic remains 

- Filling the composters with organic waste and bulking material and mixing

- Extraction of not organic material and weighing of all materials

- Control several times during the week of temperatures, humidity, leachate, odors... and keep a record

- Supply of water when necessary, turning over, and transfers

- Extraction of the materials, sieving and obtaining the compost

- Cleaning the composting area and tools every day

The worker will receive a training course during the first week of work.

The Selection criteria:

- Unemployed persons, primarily women of all ages and young people not in Education and Employment and Trainings (NEETs) of 18-24 years at risk of social exclusion

- Person primarily registered in Vila-Seca

- In possession of a driver's license.

Job characteristics:

Place of work: Composting area located in Torre d'en Dolça Park, Vila-Seca.

Schedule: Mornings, 4 hours to be determined
