As RESET project activities continue to progress, with efforts of the project team, to represent key work activities, a Project Advisory Board (PAB) is being formed. In this sense, the PAB consists of experts in relevant fields, to feed in knowledge and guide strategic direction.

The aim of the Project Advisory Board is offering guidance and knowledge on key strategic issues and decisions. As part of the PAB, INJAZ Tunisia, which is the Tunisian partner of RESET, has recruited a young entrepreneur to advise the inclusion work of RESET, and to ensure that the project's objective of enabling business creation across the region effectively targeting young people and women.

Successfully, INJAZ has recruited an independent volunteer; Ms. Amany Hamdany to participate in the role of providing field expertise, knowledge and guidance to RESET Project partners on key strategic issues and sharing real-life experiences with the RESET partners.

By joining the PAB, Ms. Hamadany agrees to perform duties and responsibilities like providing: guidance and feedback of the project activities aimed at youth, and the Sustainable Green Business Creation strategies. Moreover, her support will be needed in the setting up and dissemination of the project’s best practices aimed at youth. In conclusion, she will provide further support and guidance in other key strategic aspects of the RESET Project that directly involves youth.

By recruiting a young woman to fill this role, RESET team insures they have the accurate input and representation of the youth. Ms. Hamadany, will raise for discussion the true challenges and obstacles faced by the youth in the region, and will provide the right insight on the needs and wants requisite for the success of young entrepreneurs.
