The National Agency for Scientific Research Promotion (ANPR), the Tunisian partner of PPI4MED, has participated in the INTECMED Conference Expo, a Mediterranean meeting for the creation of opportunities held at the Swiss International Hotel on 3 May 2023. The ANPR and the Cap Bon Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized the event in the framework of the EU-funded ENI CBC MED programme.

The PPI4MED project was present at the event, with the project team having a stand among others, giving visitors a general idea of the project, which aims at fostering the commercialisation of results from public research structures through public innovation procurement programmes and projects and private-public partnerships. It was an opportunity to stimulate technology transfer mechanisms in Tunisia and to strengthen the synergy between innovation projects within the ENI CBC MED programme.

This national conference exhibition was an opportunity to bring together the economic world’s actors and the key actors of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem at the national level in Tunisia. It was an opportunity to establish partnerships between the actors of the national research and innovation ecosystem and to share best practices implemented in the member countries of the project.

The INTECMED Expo Conference was an excellent opportunity for the PPI4MED project to present the registered projects and promote cooperation in the field of scientific research and innovation.
