390 NEETs (young people who are Not in Employment, Education or Training) have been accepted in GREENLAND in Egypt after being interviewed in Alexandria and Damanhour during 2022 .

Many interviews have been conducted by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (Egpytian parnter of GREENLAND) to select the NEETs based on the following criteria :

• the age should not be above 30 years old for men and unlimited age for women,
• their academic background, their employment status as the high priorities go for unemployed young people and women,
• if they have been trained before in the green sector or have any certificate to prove that 
• their willing to complete the training in GREENLAND that will offer them great opportunities in the green and circular economy sector.
