A national capitalization event was held in Sfax, Tunisia on 16 October 2023 to look at the lessons learned, the results of the subgrantees' activities and the transfer of tools at local level particularly concerning environmental awareness, fighting marine pollution, promoting sustainable practices in traditional fisheries and participatory governance models for natural resources.

On 17 October 2023, a site visit to the fisheries port of Sfax including mentoring activities to tackle marine pollution and to the Save Thaenae site supported by a ENSERES subgrant helped illustrate the key results achieved at site and national level.
