A group of 20 trainees benefited from training / awareness as part of the YEP MED training program in Marseille from 13 to 15 September and then from 20 to 21 September 2022. 

The course also highlighted the warehousing professions; this increasingly reactive logistics backed by major ports. The trainees appreciated the dynamic and interactive interventions of Stéphanie PELAZZA (trainer and sales manager Sotranslog) and Pierre FERRET (trainer and maritime expert). But they also enjoyed the visit of the Logmat warehouse and the meeting with Pascale Long representing the company Happag Lloyd. 

Together, the professionals and the Institute embody the YEP MED project for its last year of deployment and hope to mobilize more and more young people towards port and maritime trades or training. Soon, another training session will take place in Port Saint Louis du Rhône, with a group of interns looking for work or orientation and always with the support of local companies struggling to recruit. For this course, scheduled from 28/11 to 2/12, we expect about thirty registrations.
