Notice of Consultation for the appointment of an external auditor under the Grant Contract C_A.2.2_0012 CARISMED, financed under the ENI CBC Med Program The Association Collectif Créatif - CC is launching this consultation to chartered accountants or accounting firms listed in the List of potential auditors of projects financed under cross-border cooperation programs for the audit of all expenses incurred in the implementation of the project for the period (2021-2023) The project subject of this consultation, is part of a global grant contract entitled CARISMED, which is a project financed by the European Union. Terms of submission: Accountants or accounting firms must submit their bids by June 30 2023, by post to the association's address at 42 rue du Pacha, 1006 Tunis or by e-mail to the following addresses: contact@collectifcreatif.org . Bids received after the above- mentioned date will not be considered. Bids must be submitted in a single stage. It includes the technical offer and the financial offer, as well as all the documents requested. Bids that do not meet the above conditions will be disqualified. Participants must submit the bid together with the documents required for the application. All pages of the specifications must be stamped. The last page must contain the date, the participant's signature and stamp. The envelope or the subject of the email must mention the following specification "Selection of an auditor for the CARISMED project - Association Collectif Créatif" NB: Interested parties may request the tender documents by contacting the above-mentioned emails.
