INTECMED Press Conference
On February 9th 2021, the INTECMED Press Conference was held in an online format and gathered around 70 people from the press. Each partner had the possibility to explain briefly in their national language (Spanish, French, and Arabic) the impact that the project will have in their territories. This multilingual approach highlighted the beautiful diversity of our Mediterranean, and how when we come together we can create big things.
NAWAMED: experts selection to support the implementation of wastewater treatment pilot plants in Tunisia
The Centre for Water Research and Technologies - CERTE, Tunisian partner of NAWAMED project, has launched a call for tender for the selection of an architect or a group of architects to support the implementation of wastewater treatment pilot plants in Tunisia.
The deadline for submitting applications is 25th of June 2021.
COMMON project: a "Jellyfish robot" to clean the Mediterranean Sea
On the occasion of World Oceans Day, the COMMON project team at the National Institute of Marine Sciences and Technologies (INSTM) traveled to the Sidi Bou Said marina to launch the “Jellyfishbot” robot. It is an electric robot that is used to collect floating waste and clean up ports and aquatic varying size areas or zone with a difficult access.

Dell’Orco and Villani (Capalle, Italy) produce textile machinery that transforms used fibers and cloth into new ones that can be reintroduced in a similar or different way than its raw material. This way they produce new products with less cost and reduce waste. They also sell blending machinery.

Filatura C4, from Ponte Stella Italy, aims to create products of high quality and performance through the investigation and development of materials that have a low ecological impact and the use of recycled and eco-sustainable raw materials.
TEX-MED ALLIANCES - Sustainability in textiles and fashion: Soffa
It is a Greek tailoring production studio, a cooperative of fashion designers and professionals that want to create sustainable fashion with a social impact and environmental impact.
NAWAMED: Tunisian partner launches a tender for the organisation of four Water Tables
The Centre for Water Research and Technologies - CERTE, Tunisian partner of NAWAMED project, has launched a tender request for the organisation of four Water Tables for national/local meetings.
The deadline for submitting applications is 14th of June 2021.
