MED4EBM participates in developing the endangered species list in the Gulf of Aqaba
The Royal Marine Conservation Society of Jordan (JREDS) conducted a workshop in Jordan, Aqaba on the 2nd of September 2021 to review fish lists in the Gulf of Aqaba as an initial step for assessing species according to the criteria and methodology of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
REUSEMED discussed the challenges and ways to promote the culture of reuse in the Mediterranean
REUSEMED was presented at the XXVIII Technical Conference of ANEPMA, the National Association of Public Environmental Companies of Spain, held in Chiclana de la Frontera in Andalusia, on 23, 24 and 25 November 2021. The event was the first face-to-face meeting in which the partners of the project have been able to join since it began in July 2020.
Jordanian partners of REUSEMED agree on action plan to build reuse circuits in the country
The working teams of the municipality of New Deir Alla and the Ministry of Local Administration (MoLA) of Jordan held a technical coordination meeting last December 2021 where they agreed on the equipment and infrastructures needed to materialize the reuse circuits devised in the framework of the REUSEMED project.
