The CLUSTER project has published its Policy Report on youth unemployment in the circular economy of the Mediterranean. The conclusions of the report highlight the following identified measures and actions to foster the occupation of youth in the Mediterranean Circular Economy (CE):

Food loss in the large retailers distribution sector in Tunisia has become a major problem. According to a joint study by the National Institute of Consumption and the FAO, approximately 2,314 tons of food products are lost each year, representing an economic value of 2.8 million dinars. Cereal products, in particular, have been affected by the crisis between Russia and Ukraine, the primary importer of cereals for Tunisia.

CLUSTER in Palestine shares its training phases and testimonies
CLUSTER partner Business Women Forum, based in Ramallah shares the project's training phases in Palestine. Through the project, the participants were provided with training on food manufacturing; including both the practical and theoretical basics of production. The onsite trainig took place from 18th of June until the 30th of July and hosted a total of 19 trainees, while the internship phase was conducted from the 13th of August to the 20th of September and benefitted 10 trainees.
CLUSTER Cypriot partner develops an on-site training session
CLUSTER partner Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry have published a video on the development of an on-site training session in the project's framework. The session covered the topics of education in sustainable and innovative agricultural sectors was completed with great success by ΚΕΒΕ (CCCI) and its external partners.

MedTOWN project final conference marks the culmination of this project funded by the EU through the ENI CBC Med Program. It aims to bring together professionals, researchers, policymakers and stakeholders from Mediterranean countries to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the fields of social innovation, social policy, and the social and solidarity economy.
