Organized by MedRiSSE and marking the end of the Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship project in the Mediterranean country, the INNOVED event gathered on 17th November 2023 various actors in the innovation ecosystem and social entrepreneurship, students and representatives of Tunisian universities.

The final conference of the MedRiSSE project focused on the role of social innovation in the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) in the Mediterranean and highlighted the best practices enabled and tools developed during the project to be replicated to improve people’s lives. Organised by Asamblea de Cooperación por la Paz (ACPP), project lead beneficiary, the event was held on 8th November 2023, in Seville, Spain, at the Palacio de los Marqueses de la Algaba, and marked the ending of a remarkable 2-year implementation.

The international event 'What’s next? Policy advocacy and durable impact: lessons learnt from MedRiSSE project' was organized by Asamblea de Cooperación por la Paz (ACPP) in Seville, Spain to make a general overview after two years implementing the project and to outline proposals for future continuity.

MedRiSSE project held an open international event entitled "Meeting synergies: to strengthen links between capitalised projects to maximise replication of best practices in Mediterranean countries".

The "environmentally friendly bee" project in Beitillu invites to a unique endeavor aimed at saving the bees, the environment, and improving livelihoods, all while nurturing awareness and sustainable practices. In this picturesque Palestinian village, an extraordinary initiative has taken flight—one that seeks to safeguard the dwindling bee population, protect the environment, and elevate the economic prospects of local families. This innovative project, bolstered by various stakeholders, is bringing a brighter future for both bees and humans in Beitillu.

In the heart of Beitlo, a Palestinian charming village grappling with rising unemployment among its women and youth, a remarkable transformation is taking place. A visionary sub-grant project is breathing new life into this community, driven by the dual mission of empowering its residents economically and nurturing a deep sense of environmental consciousness. As traditional practices give way to innovation, the village is set to embrace a brighter and more sustainable future.

The pilot action in Tunisia is focused on an innovation-hub led by the Pensée Nationale Libre as well as CITESS; two local non profits entities, with the support Espace Entreprendre and the High Institute of Technological Studies (ISET), the latter linked to the Industry and Innovation Promotion Agency (APII).

The second Spanish round table took place in Seville, on Wednesday 8th November 2023, on 'Tools for sustainable consumption, social and sustainable economy (SSE) and co-production to improve people’s lives in Mediterranean countries: the European project MedTOWN'.

On Tuesday 7th November, MedTOWN project hosted in Seville, Andalusia, the first Spanish round table to promote the debate on "Co-production of social policies: promoting social innovation and the solidarity economy in the context of the EU European Funds".

In this video we celebrate the culmination of the YEP MED Project's impactful journey at the Port of Barcelona - an event which took place on the 26th of June 2023. Over a span of 2 years, the project has been a catalyst, providing vital blue skills training through 45 comprehensive courses. During the event we celebrated how 918 local students and 72 teachers were trained, leading to 136 successful internships within the Barcelona area.
