The Italian Composting and Biogas Association (ita. C.I.C. CONSORZIO ITALIANO COMPOSTATORI), SIRCLES project’s partner in Italy, will be selecting a total of 8 participants to attend a paid and tailored training course on bio-waste management in Italy.

The training aims at promoting the creation of new jobs in the biowaste sector in touristic areas of Valle d’Itria in Puglia (Italy) which is suffering from a high rate of unemployment. Hence, the call primarily targets NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) and people at risk of social exclusion.

The in-job training contracts during the training period for the 8 selected participants will be managed by PIN S.c.r.l., also SIRCLES project’s partner in Italy.

The training will be conducted between February and November 2022 in Valle d’Itria (Puglia, Italy). It will include both theoretical and practical approaches.  The participants will be attending a total of 88 hours per month for a duration of 10 months.

The selection is open to those who participated in the general training course and completed the related final evaluation process by January 7th, 2022. The deadline for submission for the assessment interview is January 17th, 2022.
