As part of the RESET youth-led communications activities, INJAZ Tunisia, an organisation committed to nurturing entrepreneurial skills among Tunisian youth, held a workshop aimed at promoting the creation of green and circular economy businesses. The workshop took place on March 17, 2023 and brought together a diverse range of stakeholders, including volunteer educators, circular economy specialists and NGOs. The event was particularly targeting young professional women and men.

The primary objective of the workshop was to develop complementary modules for INJAZ Tunisia's current programs, such as the Company Program, Steer Your Career, and Innovation Camp, to integrate key skills related to the circular economy and eco-entrepreneurship. Participants engaged in collaborative discussions to define the skills required to establish environmentally friendly businesses while also exploring the opportunities and challenges inherent in the circular economy.

After an opening plenary session on circular economy, participants worked together in roundtables. The different groups identified necessary skills to create green businesses, while highlighting the opportunities and challenges present in the creation of circular economy ventures.

The workshop's key highlight was the valuable insights shared by all participants and Mr Abrougui's expertise. The collective efforts and commitment of the participants to promoting green and circular entrepreneurship were truly commendable.

RESET project partners extend their heartfelt appreciation to all participants for their active involvement and contribution to the workshop's success, as part of this capitalisation project under the ENI CBC MED Programme, enabling INJAZ Tunisia to continue its efforts to promote sustainable business practices in the green and circular economy.

As we move forward, we are excited to continue working with our partners to encourage innovation, skill development, and sustainable business creation in the circular economy. We look forward to leveraging the results of this initiative and implementing best practices to support the growth of sustainable businesses in Tunisia's circular economy.
