The National Agency for the Scientific Research Promotion (ANPR), partner of both projects PPI4MED and INTECMED, organised on the 2nd of February 2023 a monitoring meeting with Dr Khaled ESSADANI, the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) of ENI CBC MED Programme.

Mrs Sonia Zgarni and Miss Souad BOUSSAID, the coordinators respectively of the PPI4MED project and the INTECMED Project, took the opportunity to present the achievement and the next steps of implementation of their projects.

Five startups and spin-offs of the INTECMED Project were invited to exchange with the expert about their innovative products and the positive impact of the project on their business plans, essentially through individual coaching.

The meeting was also an occasion to present, by the general director of ANPR Professor Chedly Abdelly, the vision of the sustainability of PPI4MED and INTECMED after the end of the projects. Tunisia has a great potential for technology and innovation and these mechanisms are essential for the ecosystem of innovation.

At the end of the meeting, Dr Khaled Essadany was very fascinated by the quality of the start-up and spin-offs and presented to the ANPR more funding opportunities through other European and Mediterranean Programs, such as the Interreg program.
