(EN) The NEX-LABS Tunisian partner Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Center (CCIC) launched a tender to select a service provider for the assistance and coaching of Startups/SMEs/Entrepreneurs for the realization of the activity "NEXUS Innovation Vouchers. Apply by 16/03/2023.

The tenderer must comply with the requirements and conditions mentioned in the terms of reference downloadable from the website of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of d'Industrie du Centre: http://www.ccicentre.org.tn and available below for download.

Tenders must be submitted in an anonymous envelope containing the technical offer, the financial offer and the administrative file, each of which must be placed in a separate closed envelope each in a separate closed envelope, indicating the reference of the consultation and its subject. The offers must bear the following specification:

 "Do not open consultation N° 05 /2023 Selection of a service provider for the accompaniment and coaching of Startup/SME/Entrepreneur in the framework of the project "NEX-LABS" PROJECT”

Tenders should be addressed to the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Centre in a sealed envelope, by registered post or by by registered mail, or by express mail, or deposited directly against acknowledgement of receipt at the registry office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Centre at the following address: « Rue Chadly Khaznadar - 4000 Sousse » by the 16/03/2023. (the stamp of the (the stamp of the order office or of the post office being taken as proof).

Any offer received after the deadline will be automatically rejected. Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of sixty (60) days from the day following the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Les offres doivent être consignés dans une enveloppe anonyme comportant l’offre technique, l’offre financière et le dossier administratif qui doivent être consignées chacune dans une enveloppe à part fermée, indiquant la référence de la consultation et son objet. Les offres doivent porter obligatoirement la spécification suivante:

« Ne pas ouvrir consultation N° 05 /2023 Sélection d’un prestataire de services pour l’accompagnement et le coaching de Startup/PME/Entrepreneur dans le cadre du projet « NEX-LABS »

Les offres doivent être adressées au nom de Monsieur le Président de la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie du Centre sous pli fermé, par voie postale recommandée, ou par rapide-poste, ou déposées directement contre accusé de réception au bureau d’ordre de la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie du Centre à l’adresse suivante « Rue Chadly Khaznadar – 4000 Sousse » dans un délai ne dépassant pas le 16/03/2023. (le cachet du bureau d’ordre ou de la poste faisant foi).

Toute offre parvenue au-delà de la date limite sera automatiquement rejetée.

Les soumissionnaires resteront engagés par leurs offres pendant un délai de soixante (60) jours à compter du jour qui suit la date limite fixée pour la réception des offres.
