In the framework of the EMPORIA4KT project, the Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) as partner of INTECMED project participated to an online event on 25th June 2021, which had as objective to present entrepreneurship and blue economy promotion mechanisms to researchers.

The conference was part of the mentoring program of the EMPORIA4KT project, in which 12 Spanish researchers receive support to design commercialization routes and transfer early technologies from the blue economy sector to the market. The EMPORIA4KT project is funded by the Interreg Atlantic program with the aim of promoting the transfer of knowledge among the university, administration and business spheres, as well as to boost the European blue economy. CTA is partner of EMPORIA4KT project, together with 10 other European organizations.

The event was also the opportunity to present the INTECMED project by Maria García, Innovation Consultant at CTA. The purpose and main objectives of the project were presented and it was mentioned also that the INTECMED will open a call at the end of this year to mentor 12 business projects of Andalusian researchers, to which it will provide an incubation space.
