InnovAgroWoMed-Palestine: ASALA is looking for food processing trainers

Within the framework of the InnovAgroWoMed project's Training and Coaching programme, the Palestinian Businesswomen’s Association – ASALA, member of the InnovAgroWoMed consortium in Palestine is hiring trainers to conduct courses on Food Processing.

The training will cover the processing of dried vegetables and fruits, sauce - tomato paste, pickles… etc. 

This course shall explain the importance of food preservation and processing as well as the processing of different marketable products based on the targeted crop. 

Food spoilage and deterioration, packaging integrity, marketing and legislative requirements should be discussed. 

The course shall also cover the processing requirements to ensure food safety and hygiene. Productivity, yield, and process efficiency shall be also discussed.

The deadline to participate:
Interested trainers should submit the documents required in the ToR and an electronic copy of their technical proposal (company profile, relevant experiences in conducting similar assignments, CVs of proposed trainers) & a financial proposal to "ASALA" at the address below, in sealed envelopes, no later than October 06, 2021, at 12:00 local time.
