MedSNAIL in Jordan launches a call for subgrant to support agro-food production

In the framework of the MedSNAIL project, the Jordanian partner, Women for Cultural Development (Namaa), has published a call for subgrants.

The main objective of this call for subgrant is to enhance and improve the agro-food value chains by addressing the production needs of the grantees.

Around 3 sub-grants worth each a maximum of €8,200 are planned to be funded for activities supporting agro-food production:

  • the purchase of equipment for supporting agro-food production (such as small-scale processing plants, greenhouses, etc.)
  • the purchase of materials to support production
  • communication materials and services (such as leaflets, brochures, social media platforms)
  • packaging design and printing activities 

Only producers, micro and small enterprises (MSEs), farmers, and women farmers in Al Balqa Municipality are eligible to apply.

The deadline to apply is: 31st March 2023 at 17:00 (Amman time)

The MedSNAIL project is co-funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020. MedSNAIL has a duration of 48 months, with a total budget of €2.028.807,74, of which € 1.825.926,97 (90%) are funded by the European Union under the aforementioned programme.
