On the 12^th of July 2022, the Greek U-SOLVE Urban Hub has been inaugurated. The Sustainable Development Goals Hub is hosted in the JOIST Innovation Park at Larissa and will be the meeting point between the local community and the Greek innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The opening event was attended by 18 young and upcoming entrepreneurs with innovative ideas responding to the local urban challenges. Representatives of
the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) and E-Trikala, the Greek partners of U-SOLVE, presented the U-SOLVE approach to address urban challenges and the key-points of the upcoming Call for the support of relevant entrepreneurial ideas.

After presenting the capacity- building methodologies, and practices for the support of sustainable entrepreneurship and employment, an interactive session about the services of the Hub and how they will meet the needs of the innovative entrepreneurs has been followed. The attendees expressed their interest in the services of the SDG Hub and their willingness to participate in future activities. The representatives of U-SOLVE Greek partners are committed to prepare a quality capacity-building program and update the participants about U-SOLVE Call for innovative ideas.
