The EU-funded TECHLOG project is set to host an exciting competition featuring cutting-edge driving simulators at the prestigious SIL Exhibition. Driving enthusiasts will have a unique opportunity to display their expertise behind the virtual wheel in this highly anticipated event.

The heart of the competition lies in a meticulously designed setup environment, complete with a powerful gaming computer and state-of-the-art peripherals. Participants will engage with a sophisticated software program that replicates the experience of driving across 26 European countries, complete with closely recreated landscapes, road systems, bustling cities, and iconic landmarks.

How to Play?

To ensure fair competition, all participants will adhere to the same set of rules and conditions, ensuring equal opportunities for all drivers to showcase their skills and compete for prizes. Driver experience, truck specifications, road selection, distance covered, and cargo to be transported will be standardized for each contestant.

The ultimate winner will be determined based on three critical factors: time efficiency, fuel consumption, and adherence to traffic regulations. The driver who can complete the cargo delivery in the shortest time, while consuming the least amount of fuel and incurring minimal traffic violations (including fines, accidents, car offenses, and cargo damage), will emerge as the winner.

The winners will earn the chance to advance to the final round of the competition, which will take place on the second day of the exhibition, followed by an eagerly anticipated award ceremony and a celebratory aperitif on June 8th at 6:00 PM.
