CLUSTER project aims to equip young people, in particular women, with green skills required in the Blue Economy, Circular Economy, Green Economy and Sustainable Agriculture sectors.

The project will facilitate the co-creation, transfer and exploitation of knowledge developed by other projects such as HELIOS, RESMYLE, MaharatMed and EGREJOB to foster Social Inclusion in the Mediterranean region.

To achieve this cardinal goal, on 14 December 2021, CLUSTER launched the profiling activities through an online meeting in which a road map was created to start the mapping of:

- on the one hand, the needs of unemployed young people, in particular women, from Cyprus, France, Italy, Jordan, Palestine, Spain and Tunisia;

- on the other hand, the labour demand of the SMEs operating in the sectors of Sustainable Economy.

The results of this analysis will guide all forthcoming project activities, starting with training through the organisation of ad hoc courses aimed at providing unemployed young people and women with the necessary tools to enter and remain in the new labour market!
