BERLIN project was presented in the framework of the city’s energy transformation to establish climate and environmental policies and action plans. The two school buildings used as pilot sites, in Eilat and Eilot region,  were the focal point of the presentation showing how the transformation of  public buildings can transform both citizens’ energy consumption behaviours as well as push for further innovation initiatives in the energy sector subsequently  achieving  climate neutral cities.
