The importance of companies having a voice when institutions plan training curricula can vary depending on the context and the specific goals of the training. However, in many cases, it is indeed valuable for Globelink Uniexco to have input and involvement in the development of training curricula. Here there are a few reasons:

  • Alignment with industry needs: Companies are the end users of the knowledge and skills imparted through training programmes.. As a result, graduates of such programs are more likely to be equipped with relevant and applicable skills that can immediately contribute to the workplace.
  • Enhanced recruitment and talent development: By having a say in training curricula, we can influence the skills and knowledge imparted to potential employees. This involvement enables Globelink Uniexco  to shape the development of a talent pool that aligns with their specific requirements.
