This year within the EU-funded CROSSDEV project, Lebanese partner APJM - Association for the Protection of Jabal Moussa - received the support of food specialist Christelle Salameh, who supervised the tomato paste production session and made sure that the cooking procedures meet the required quality standards.

Across the Mediterranean Basin, Sonia, Rafael, Pilar, Khaldoun, Maha, Luigi, and Giovanni are the main actors of our travel. They are working as specialists in the different fields of knowledge addressed in CEOMED.
