In Tunisia, the Coronavirus has ruled a different order since March 2020.

Everything changed: the streets of Tunisia were surprised by the lack of people in the streets overnight. The spring breeze has found some dubious Tunisian walking outside by obligation.

For the most vulnerable categories that reside in institutions for the elderly, the line ministry advocated a strategy of total lockdown long before this was applied to the rest of the country.

During the third steering committee of RESMYLE, the strategy of intervention to implement 6 eco-incubators in Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Italy and France,  by april 2021has been released. 

The benchmarking has been done, now still to find where and how to implement them practically in each country. The tricky situation of Covid will be taken in account to allow an online accompaniement too.

The main objective of the project InnovAgroWoMed is to promote women’s employment in the agri-food sector.
With this aim, in the second half of 2021, a training will be launched for 35 Sicilian women that aspire to run a business in the agri-food sector or to work as employee.

In the last months HELIOS went on planning courses on the Blue and Circular Economy sectors tailored for NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) and Women.
