The EU-funded project INTERNISA launched its training program activities in Jordan. The first part of the training targeted 60 Jordanian women who worked in the textile sector and showed interest and engagement in shaping their digital skills in textile and looking to learn and prepare themselves to ensure job opportunities in this sector.

In November and December 2021, the Spanish partner of INTERNISA, the Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FAMP) organised a training on gender digital gap for SMEs. Here is the testimony of women who took part in this training

Within the series of capacity-building training conceived by the INTERNISA project, the Lebanese partner, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon (CCIABML) organized a multi-modular training program over two weeks dedicated to Lebanese SMEs operating in the Agri-food sector. 36 Lebanese SMEs took part in this online training program from Oct.25 till November 2nd, 2021.

On 29 March 2022, Palestine Sports for Life held an infoday in Ramallah, Palestine bringing together 32 representatives from governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, universities and the private sector for the purpose of discussing the challenge of increasing the employment opportunities for NEETs (persons Not in Employment, Education or Training) in the sport sector and the ways in which Skills4Sports addresses this issue. The stakeholders who attended the event signed a memorandum, committing themselves to the goals and principles of the project.

In the frame of MEDSt@rts project, on March 30th the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Sidon and South Lebanon organized the 3rd Microfinance Crossborder Forum in order to consolidate a Mediterranean strategy of financial inclusion.
