On 3 November 2022, the CLUSTER consortium met to debate developments in the creation of the Private Sector oriented Catalogue and the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) oriented Catalogue:

The TVET oriented Catalogue is a toolkit for trainers working in the 4 sustainable economy sectors of CLUSTER (blue, green, circular economy and sustainable agriculture) as well as those giving training in soft skills. This toolkit serves as a “training for trainers”, to guide them in offering effective trainings to NEETs (young people Not ni Employment, Education or Training), whether within CLUSTER or in their own training agencies.

The Private Sector oriented Catalogue's objective is to inform sustainable economy companies about what CLUSTER can offer (e.g., skilled potential employees; a thorough mapping of the needs of the job market; training material to build the capacities of their own staff) and how they as companies can incorporate corporate social responsibility in their work.

Further, Information and Networking Events were discussed, aiming to disseminate the findings of these catalogues on the one hand, and create a network of actors working towards social inclusion in the Mediterranean on the other. Lastly, an overview was given on the planned Local and Regional Awareness-Raising and Information Campaigns in connection with the results of the final outputs:

In this context, 7 Information Campaigns, i.e. one per country, will be launched, to make NEETs aware of the project's labor market-oriented training activities. The 7 Awareness Campaigns will present the results of these catalogues to TVETs, the private sector and public authorities, to increase and optimise knowledge about a new intervention model developed within the project.
