Med4Waste sustainable cooking recipes: zero waste banana pudding
As part of Med4Waste capitalised projects awareness raising campaign, the project presents Zero Waste and sustainable cooking recipes from the Mediterranean cuisine. This campaign aims to promote better waste management and a circular economy, along with the successful implementation of our capitalised projects that are funded under the ENI CBC MED programme (DECOST, CLIMA, CEOMED, REUSEMED, and Med-InA).

GRADE A+ is a start-up working to upcycle sheep wool blankets after discovering their unique features: breathable, soft, elastic, and hypoallergenic. Unlike traditional blankets, upcycled wool blankets can be cleaned in a washing machine, are fire resistant, heatproof, and can control humidity. The team’s successful experiments have led them to produce the insulation rolls used in construction.
