As established in previous entries, the olive variety that is used in each olive oil is the determinant factor for the variances in taste that differentiates one extra virgin olive oil from another. ARTOLIO farmers not only vary in culture but also, their oils differ because each territory hosts a different variety. The fruitiness, bitterness, and aftertaste depends mainly on the variety that has been nurtured, and how it's been tended to. In this entry, the focus will be one of the predominant varieties of Palestine, the Nabali Baladi.

Mediterranean Dialogue for Waste Management Governance project (Med4Waste), aims to facilitate new governance models for integrated and efficient urban waste management policies across the Mediterranean strategy. The project lays on a strong and experienced partnership composed of 7 organisations from 6 Mediterranean countries and reinforced by 3 pools of associated partners and supporters from the whole basin. Forecasts of production losses in strategic crops such as olive groves are conditioning the socio-economic development of numerous rural areas in the reigon of Andalusia, Spain.
