On the 10^th and 11^th July 2023, the INVESTMED project held its second regional event in Barcelona, inviting the project beneficiaries and experts in sustainable entrepreneurship to take part in sessions on access to sustainable finance, policy recommendations to strengthen sustainable entrepreneurship, and interactive workshops to brainstorm strategies to make MSMEs in the region more resilient.

The Decision Makers Workshop, organised by the LDEM (Landscape Design and Ecosystem Management) department of the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the American University of Beirut (AUB) on 4 July, brought together a total of 13 experts and decision makers to discuss possible amendments to local regulations and urban planning tools. The aim of the workshop was to promote the use of non-conventional water resources (NCWR) and to foster a more sustainable future.
