Spain: PPI4MED is looking for technical assistance in the pre-competitive analysis for innovation procurement pilots
The Spanish National Research Council, Lead Beneficiary of the PPI4MED project funded under the ENI CBC Med programme, has launched a call for tender to define the design process of identification and selection of PPI pilot projects using CSIC scientific results to develop promising products and services for the public sector. The contract will also support in the elaboration of pre-commercialisation agreements and their technical specifications between the research centres and the public purchasers of future Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) tenders.
