On April 19th, the ORGANIC ECOSYSTEM and HELIOS projects met virtually in order to explore possible cooperation actions and synergies between both of them. Eng. Alaa Wahbe from the National Agricultural Research Center of Jordan (NARC), partner of HELIOS based in Jordan, attended the meeting representing the project. 

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics and operations of a built asset. It brings together technology, process improvements and digital information to radically enhance client and project outcomes and asset operations. BIM is a strategic enabler for upgrading decision making for both buildings and public infrastructure assets across the whole lifecycle.

Last 7th and 8th of July, Ms. Lamees Shakhshir from Discovery Travel & Tourism LLC (Med Pearls Jordanian partner) attended the Synergy and Stakeholders Consultation for Identification of Priority Training Needs in the Coastal and Marine Ecosystem Resources workshop held in Aqaba, Jordan. An event organised by the ENI CBC Med project MED4EBM, that was led by the UNDP Jordan Office of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and The Royal Marine Conservation Society of Jordan. 

One of the main goals of ESMES project is the optimization of energy consumption in public schools through innovative, monitoring-based renewable energy and energy efficiency pilot actions.

On the 17^th of June 2021, the EU ambassador to Israel, Dr Emanuele Giaufret, his delegates and senior staff members visited Yeelim school which has been selected as a pilot site to improve energy efficiency in public building.  They saw first-hand the installed outdoor weather station.
