The DECOST project activity in Italy continues: as it has been done in all the sites where this ENI CBC MED project has developed its community composting pilots, the Italian partners of the consortium are working to raise awareness about the new organic waste management approach that will be implemented in the city of Potenza.

CEEBA, The Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations, partner of EMPHASIS, MEDWAYCAP, TECHLOG and MEDBEEsinessHubs projects, has just published a call for offers for selecting a financial auditor in order to perform the expenditure verification, with the purpose to provide a reasonable assurance that costs co-financed by the ENI CBC Med Programme are accounted for and claimed in accordance with the provisions of the subsidy contract. 

The deadline for submissions of offers is the 20th of January 2022.

In the framework of the ENI CBC MED project MEDWAYCAP - The Mediterranean pathway for Innovation Capitalisation toward an urban-rural integrated development of Non-Conventional Water Resources, CEEBA - the Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations, is launching a call for candidates to support its team with technical and scientific expertise in the implementation of the MEDWAYCAP Project in Egypt.

Spain shows several differences with regard to the water inputs and water demands distribution from the north to the south. In this last area, as a consequence of proper climate features and the growth of densely populated urban areas, agricultural, urban and industrial water demands have exceeded greatly the natural available water inputs. 
MENAWARA project aims to improve the quality of treated wastewater and increase its use in agriculture thus reducing the pressure on fresh water, increasing income of rural communities making them more prosperous and less vulnerable.

The Awareness Programme is the MEDISS interactive and problem-oriented programme designed to increase awareness on non-conventional water, best agricultural practices, and sustainable development goals.
In particular, the Awareness Programme objectives are threefold:
