The MED4EBM project is looking for an International Expert for Based Ecosystems Based Management. UNDP Jordan - the Lead Beneficiary of the MED4EBM project – is seeking the service of an international consultant to perform the function of an Ecosystems Based Management (EBM) expert. The assignment will be granted in a Deliverables Based Contract. The selected candidate will work with the project’s EB-ICZM technical teams established jointly with all MED4EBM partners.

DECOST: Public presentation in Potenza, Italy, to the future users of the community composting pilot
The start of the pilot on community composting in the Italian city of Potenza, in the Basilicata region, is still in progress both technically and in terms of dissemination of the initiative among future users. A few days ago, the future community composting module was presented, which is being installed in a shared urban garden space.
Israel: GREENinMED highlights Water Management Solutions for Tourism
On May 24rd, the Israeli GREENinMED partners – the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies, and Kinneret College – hosted a transnational workshop on Innovative Water Management Solutions for the Tourism Industry, in the Hevel Eilot regional council. The workshop was held as part of the GREENinMED project, which has the goal of making the Mediterranean tourism industry more sustainable through water and energy efficiency.
