The University of Jordan (UJ) team in cooperation with the Engineering department and IRIDRA, the technical partner of NAWAMED, organized a technical field visit to the pilot sites of UJ and Jerash on Sunday 12 June 2022.

 On 29 of March 2022, the partners of RE-MED project visited a construction and demolition waste plant in Trapani (Italy). The visit was conducted by Gizella Mammo Zagarella, the manager of the plant. 

The municipal authorities of Anabta, in Palestine, have finally inaugurated the large community composter that will complement the composters already installed in the village thanks to the DECOST project. The Palestinian team of this project funded by the ENI CBC Med programme has worked very closely since the begining with the local authorities, to ensure the success of the pilot in the short, medium and long term, which is why this event was a cause for celebration for all. 

University academics from the Centre of Research and Technology, Hellas (CERTH), and Junior high school teachers in Greece, were left amazed at how teenage students took to my eco-innovative wastewater treatment system design.
