The STAND Up! partnership is launching “Eco-innovators On Board | Mapping new routes in Textile & Clothing sustainability”, a multi-media campaign to be deployed at local, national and regional levels.
REUSEMED in Spain organised a flamenco costumes sewing workshop as part of the “repairing café”
Last Saturday, 25th March 2023, we enjoyed a new session of our Repairing café, which consisted in a sewing workshop of flamenco costumes. This activity was one of the many initiatives framed within the EU-funded project REUSEMED. It took place in the Luciana Centeno Sociocultural Space in Córdoba, Spain.

The NAWAMED Project's international conference entitled “Fostering knowhow transfer and NBS implementation, building alliances and a common Med policy for non-conventional water (NCW) valorisation in the Mediterranean region”, was organised by CERTE on 6 February 2023 at the National Library in Tunis in the frame of MEDWAYCAP & NAWAMED joint international event.
MEDWAYCAP Exhibition Showcases Sustainable Water Solutions at City of Sciences of Tunis on World Water Day 2023
The MEDWAYCAP exhibition is a travelling Mediterranean exhibition that left Sicily to land in Tunis at the National Library, a place of knowledge and debate, then at the Gabes Youth Complex to interact, raise awareness and inspire young people in the southern region. Finally, it went back to Tunis at the City of Sciences, one of the leading centres of scientific research and education in Tunisia, to celebrate the World Water Day with water stakeholders and citizens on 19 March 2023.
MENAWARA & MEDWAYCAP in Jordan: a symposium to discuss water security
On March 12nd, 2023, Dr Naem Mazahrih, representative of the National Agriculture Research Center, presented the challenges facing agriculture in Jordan and the related water quality requirments, by focusing on the safe use of treated water in agriculture as one of the main solution to mitigate the impact of water scarcity in Jordan.
