The ORGANIC ECOSYSTEM final conference and the 5th Organic Ecosystem Seminar are set to take place from July 17th to July 19th, 2023, at Hotel Palatino in Zakynthos, Greece.

The eighth edition of the Science Festival held at the Monastir Science Centre on the 29th and 30th of April 2023, brought together various organizations and individuals eager to showcase their innovative ideas and projects. Among the participants were the subgrantees of CRE-CTIVE, an initiative focused on fostering innovation, creativity, and communication.

What, when, where and contents?

The University of Jordan organized a Decision Makers Workshop on June 6th, 2023 at the University of Jordan.

More than 40 representatives from ministries, local public bodies, architects, research centers and academia, attended the workshop. 

During the workshop, the participants discussed and identified the local regulations and urban planning tools to increase the adoption of non-conventional water (NCW) reuse in Jordan. 

CIES Onlus, Lead Beneficiary of the EU-funded project ‘Mediterranean Youth, NEETs and women advancing Skills, Employment and Awareness in the blue and green economy’ (MYSEA), is looking for an Economic Operator for the planning and logistical organization of the National Forum, and launch and follow-up of the related communication campaign.

The National Forum will take place in Rome in September 2023, as part of WP5 of the project.

One of INNOMED-UP remarkable events was the Final Conference that was implemented in Athens on May 29, 2023 by the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with a wide representation of INNOMED-UP partners, SMEs from the culturl and creative sectors, and stakeholders. It also included two round tables formed posing the following thematics: ''Digital fabrication procedures towards the INNOMED-UP Clustering Smart tools'' ''How are creatives adopting circular practices? Problems and opportunities''.

Beach litter is unfortunately a widespread issue, especially easily accessible or urban beaches. La Marsa (Tunisia) is no exception, hence the organisation of a Clean-Up Day on Wednesday 12 July starting at 4 PM, by the municipality, addressed to citizens, associations and anyone willing to give a hand.

Though some may think this action is more symbolic than it is a permanent solution to this problem, nevertheless it serves a double purpose:

The recent Information Event held in Sidon, Lebanon showcased the progress and achievements of the ReSt@rts project, funded by the ENI CBC MED Programme.
