On the 10^th and 11^th July 2023, the INVESTMED project held its second regional event in Barcelona, inviting the project beneficiaries and experts in sustainable entrepreneurship to take part in sessions on access to sustainable finance, policy recommendations to strengthen sustainable entrepreneurship, and interactive workshops to brainstorm strategies to make MSMEs in the region more resilient.

In order to improve the focus of the project and to cover all aspects of interest to municipalities in measuring sustainability, Local Project Committees are performed simultaneously in each municipality where the pilots are being developed.

Tunis-Tunisia 26th-28th July 2023

A "Tunis WEF NEXUS Capitalization Week" will be organised by the National Agency for Environmental Protection, the national partner of the project WEF-CAP Project from 26th to 28th of July 2023 in Tunis.

The European project “The Technology Transfer and Capitalization of Water Energy Food NEXUS  "WEF-CAP" was launched in September 2021 in 7 Mediterranean countries, namely Tunisia, Jordan, Greece, Italy, Spain, Egypt, and France, and will close at the end of August 2023.

On the occasion of the Exhibition of Traditional Industries under the theme of "Our heritage is a cultural heritage... An economic resource" and the Night of Ideas 2023, the University of Sfax organised two local markets last May 2023 in the Tunisian regions of Kerkennah and Sfax, respectively.

The dialogue between training institutions, companies and territorial authorities continues to define what are the best ways to ensure an alignment between training programs with the needs of companies, under the guidance of institutions so as to foster a balanced development of territories.

While INNOMED-UP is coming to its final stage, National Technical University of Athens team, leader of the project, is publishing a video recall to the essence and outcomes of the project. The Cluster formed in Athens is successfully present, engaging innovative technologies rendering realistic the idea towards a New Mediterranean Circular Model. INNOMED-UP Smart tools are contributing through means of participation and networking inside the Athenian Cluster.
