In the frame of the STAND Up! project, MedWaves launches a call for a technical assistance to develop a photo and video campaign for a sustainable clothing collection from a textile start-up.

The campaign will consist of a set of 338 photographs of the clothing collection and 26 videos based on 11 complete clothing combinations. The objective is to transmit through this campaign a brand image that combines sustainability with technology, thus responding to the needs of potential users with healthy and sustainable lifestyles.

The service includes:

  • Design of a work plan
  • Photography and video production: based on the selection of the 11 garment combinations made by the start-up, the consultant will develop 4 photo and video sessions of the products with models. The sessions will last 8 hours each and will take place in a studio and outdoor locations with 4 professional models (two women and two men) to be selected in agreement with the start-up.
  • Selection of the material: once the 4 sessions have been completed, the supplier will present the photographs and videos and a selection of the best ones will be made together with the start-up. The selection of the material will be done in two working days (8 hours each day).
  • Post-production: once the selection has been made, the consultant will have to carry out all the necessary editing, graphic design and audiovisual processes to make up the photographs and videos according to the required quality and specifications. Post-production will have a duration of working days (8 hours each day) and during this period changes and adaptations to the material presented may be required.

Interested candidates can consult the detailed Tor of Reference (ToR), which carefully describes the necessary documents, the content of the assignment (description, deliverables and timetable), the eligibility criteria for candidates, the application and selection process.

The deadline to apply is 19th May 2023 (included)
